ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Servies Auctions LLC accepts the following forms of payment for vehicle purchases: Cash, Certified or Personal Check (subject to verification), Wire Transfer (bank details will be provided upon request RELEASE POLICY: For payments made via check or wire transfer, the Tractor will be held by Servies luctions LLC until funds have fully cleared and are confirmed by our financial institution. This process may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the bank. SALES TAX: All applicable sales are subject to a 7% local sales tax, unless the buyer provides a valid resale certificate or documentation supporting tax exemption as required by state law. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 3% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final hammer price and included in the total invoice amount. This premium is subject to the same tax terms as the vehicle sale. PAYMENT DEADLINE: Full payment must be made within 5 business days of the auction close. Failure to remit payment within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the vehicle and the application of penalties or storage fees. FINAL INVOICE: The buyer will receive a final invoice reflecting the hammer price, buyer's premium, and applicable sales tax. Payment instructions and deadlines will be clearly stated on the invoice.
