Exterior: Faded and peeling graphics. Delamination in the front and rear, and dents in the skirting on the right. The entry staircase is bent, hot water cover is missing, and the left fender cracked. The electric tongue jack does not operate and must be manually cranked.
Interior: Carpet stains in areas, mildew odor, and previous pet(s). The rear wall and front wall/ceiling are soft (water damage).
