Description
2018 CrossRoads Sunset Trail Super Lite 331BH equipped with three slide-outs, a master bedroom, bunkroom, bath & 1/2, kitchenette, and an exterior kitchenette.

Exterior: A tree fell onto the front right corner of the unit, causing damages/water intrusion to the interior. The front left slide-out flooring is soft, with a water line on the wall around it. Scuffs and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The walls and flooring on the slide-outs are soft/water-damaged. The bedroom flooring is soft. The dinette seat framing is water-stained. (Water intrusion from exterior damage).
Mechanical: The electric tongue jack is bent and does not operate. No propane tanks included.
