Exterior: The left fender is detached and is included. Delamination in the rear wall. The left rear corner trim is separated. Roof tape has been applied in front of the A/C unit. See images for additional details.
Interior: The kitchen and living room flooring has been updated. Soft spots (water damage) in the left rear corner inside the bunk room cabinets and in the bathroom ceiling. Heavy water damage in the living room slide-out ceiling. Stains in the bunk room carpeting from the slide-outs.
