Description
Spartan RT-HD XTF 61'' powered by a 25.5hp Kawasaki FX801V engine that runs and operates.
Details: The instrument panel surrounding the ignition is detached, and the hour meter is missing. The front left tire is plugged, and the rear left tire is missing portions of the tread. Runs and operates, but repeatedly blows fuses for an unknown reason. Cut/exposed wiring is present on the left side of the engine. See pictures for details.
