2004 Aerolite Cub 25QB featuring a front pop-out, kitchen, full bathroom, and a rear bunk room with cargo door.
Exterior: Delamination in the pop-out fiberglass and in the left side near the refrigerator vent. The entry step is pulled out from the (soft) flooring. The awning is weathered and torn.
Interior: Soft area in the flooring around the dinette and a very soft spot at the entry. Torn flooring in the kitchen and holes in the pop-out canvas and screens.
