Description
2024 Forest River Grand Surveyor 302RDBS featuring three slide-outs, a front bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a washer/dryer closet.
Exterior: Crack in the front cap. Tape residue around a couple windows. The awning is missing its rear support arm. Dents in the rear at the bottom of the right corner, and a smaller dent on the upper left-hand side of the rear. The entryway door is missing its glass and outer shell. The entry staircase and handrail are also missing.
Interior: Chairs in the dining slide-out are missing. Some staining in the kitchen near the stove. The bedroom sliding doors have fallen off track and will not sit back into place. A small burn hole in the arm of one of the chairs.
Mechanical: Keys, propane tanks, and battery are not included.
