Exterior: Front awning arm is missing the plastic cap. Scuffs and scratches in various locations. At the rear left corner, the skirt is dented and the trim is pulling away from the corner. Dent beside the front entry stairs. Heavy scratching on the rear-left window.
Interior: Wallpaper is starting to bubble up in a few locations, no soft spots were found. Crack in the interior wall above the bathroom entryway. The bunkroom door doesn't fully close. Stains on the kitchen floor and on the bottom bunk.
