Exterior: Decals are fading and cracking. Normal wear throughout. The awning is worn and will not sit flush against the unit. The light above the front entrance is missing. The vent cover above the right wheels is missing. The front roof seal is cracked. The roof has been patched on the left side.
Interior: Upholstery is worn. Scuffing and wear to cabinets and trim. The ceiling liner is bubbling in multiple spots. Soft spots on the bedroom ceiling on the front left.
