Exterior: Screws and tape residue around the front edge from something that's been removed. The underside of the rear right slide-out looks like its been redone. Has some denting and scuffing along the skirt. Entryway door is weathered and doesn't close properly.
Interior: Ceiling sagging in the living room. Light wear to trim and doors. Soft spot in the corner of the rear left slide-out. The rear right slide is partially remolded, leaving some trim, flooring, and drywall missing.
