Exterior: The roof is water-damaged on the rear corners, with a small tear in the membrane along the left edge, and the roof has been resealed in various locations. The body is delaminated and faded. The rear right corner is separated/soft, and the roof ladder is bent. Hole in the left side of the body (taped) with small punctures in the rear. View photos for condition.
Interior: The rear and right bedroom walls are soft/water-damaged. The furniture upholstery is worn, stains in the carpets, and the bathroom vent cover is cracked.
Mechanical: The slideout does not operate.
