2020 KZ Sportsmen 362DB equipped with two slideouts, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a washer/dryer.
Exterior: The roof around the skylight covers and along the rear edge of the front slideout are soft/water-damaged, and the skylight covers have damaged seals. The rear edge of the front slideout flooring is water-damaged, and the rear slideout floor trim is separating. Tire blowout damage on the right wheel well; the fender is missing, and holes along the skirting. Sun faded, graphics peeling, scratches, and dings in various locations around the body.
Interior: The ceiling around the skylight near the dinette is water-damaged, the skylight frame is damaged, and there is a hole present. The shower skylight frame is missing, the furniture upholstery/carpets are stained, and the wood trim is damaged/peeling. Tear on the left side of the bed in the rear bedroom, the sliding closet door is off, and two cabinet doors are broken off. Nicotine odor/stains. See pictures for condition.
